Ø 42 mm, ca. 35 g, 18 K gold, engraved and enameled, finest enamel painting on back, Alpine landscape with goatherd, dome signed, extremely flat cylinder movement, finest Geneva quality with special negative winding shafts (similar to Bagnolet caliber), with matching key, original silver dial and original blued Breguet hands, excellent condition, with probably original seller's box by Breting Brothers Geneve, in working order, very early number 686.
