Description: Ca. Ø 57 mm, ca. 130 g, probably American secondary case, so-called Cut-Hunter, gilt silver, dome signed and numbered, Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve No.27..., extremely rare Patek Philippe movement with stoppable seconds and stoppable, flashing 1/5 seconds; enamel dial in good condition, blued steel hands, replaced hour hand, in working order and in good condition, less then 10 pieces noted. All these watches were made in 1868/69 and have 27,000s serial numbers.
