Description: PORCELAIN DOG FIGURAL MINIATURE LAMP, white ground with naturalistic facial features and gilt decoration, depicting a muzzled Spitz with pink collar and sitting in a begging position on a circular earth-tone rock formation, underside impressed "11341 / PS / 35", brown glass eyes, opaque white ball-form shade, period collar. Fitted with an A & P Gaudard burner, colorless chimney.

Condition Report: Excellent condition, underside of base with a chip, with just a hint of affecting the profile. Shade and chimney undamaged. Burner with a short split to shade platform.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 10 1/2" H to top of shade, 6 1/4" H to top of collar, 3 5/8" x 4 1/4" base.
