Description: PORCELAIN PEAFOWL FIGURAL MINIATURE LAMPS, PAIR, brown-green glazed figural tree stump (font) with bird perched on side in green and blue glaze, each trunk base impressed "5365", colorless elongated-form shades with overshot ovoid-form windows and gilt decoration, period collars. Fitted with period single-tube burners.

Condition Report: Very good overall condition, one example undamaged, and remaining bird with a loss to beak tip, shades undamaged and with normal flakes/roughness to fitters. One burner frozen and with significant rust to wick tube, remaining burner undamaged.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 4 7/8" and 5 1/8" H to top of collars, 2 3/4" x 3" overall base.

Medium: Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century.
