Description: This is a very important Qianlong Emperor's (1736-1795) white jade seal. It is the largest Qianlong Emperor's personal seal. This seal appears on many of his major painting collections. It is carved with four character marks meaning 'Read and Inspected by Qianlong'. The top surface has carved with nine dragons. The numeral 'nine' in Chinese represents the Emperor.
Dimensions: Face area 4 3/4 in. X 4 3/4 in., H 2 3/8 in.
Date: 1736-1795
