Description: This is an important Hongwu Period (1368-1398) Yuhuchun Vase because Homngwu was the first Emperor of Ming Dynasty. The cobalt blue glaze was burnt black because the kiln atmosphere was not right. It was very difficult to achieve the blue color during this period.
