Description: RARE PAIR OF HUANGHUALI, HONGMU AND HUAMU BARREL-FORM STOOLS
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
each with circular huamu panel set within a round beaded huanghuali frame with classic period locking peg joint, above shaped and beaded hongmu aprons, supported on five outward-curved huanghuali legs with carved central medallion, set into circular humpback stretchers with locking pegs and raised on five short feet (2)
