Haupt-Vortrag des Herrn Reichsraths Grafen von Reigersberg, über den den Ständen des Königreichs Bayern vorgelegten revidirten Entwurf eines Straf-Gesetzbuches. München, ohne Drucker, 1828. Titelei, 451 S. 21 x 25,5 cm. Schmucklose Broschur der Zeit (gering berieben und fleckig).
Erste und einzige Ausgabe, sehr selten, vermutlich als Privatdruck erschienen und nicht öffentlich. - NDB XXI, 329 f. - vgl. ADB XXVII, 696 f. - Von uns online \b nur ein Exemplar in einer öffentlichen deutschen Biblothek nachweisbar. Hier eines der sicher nur ganz wenigen Korrekturexemplare, auf doppelt großem Schreibpapier gedruckt (daher das ungewöhnliche Querformat des Oktav-Titels). Die eine Blatthälfte blieb unbedruckt und konnte so für Korrekturen und Ergänzungen genutzt werden - was beim vorliegenden Exemplar allerdings unterblieb. Das letzte Werk des Reichsrates und Referenten (1770-1865; vor 1809 Reichskammerrichter, 1809 Präsident des Bayerischen Oberappellationsgerichts, 1810 Justizminister, ab 1817 Vorsitzender des Ministerrats, 1823 Rücktritt bzw. Entlassung - je nach Quelle). Reigersberg gehörte zu den Verteidigern der Liberalitas Bavariae der Verfassung gegen den Metternich'schen reaktionären Geist. - Annähernd fleckfrei, frisches Exemplar.
