Description: RIESSNER, STELLMACHER & KESSEL
PAIR OF CANDLESTICKS, CIRCA 1900
each of tapering form with broad drip trays and applied handle, painted with flowers and foliage and with decorative piercing to the base, each with impressed maker's mark and numbered to one indistinctly 3362 (2)

Condition Report: Both pieces of nice appearance

Candlestick one:
In generally good overall condition
Chip to the underside of the foot rim
Minor nick to the edge of one section of pierced detail
Fine crazing
Wax residue, dirt and dust in places

Candlestick two:
Nozzle with some damage, repair and losses to top surface
Some chips to the ringed neck of nozzle and a crack to the base of the nozzle where it meets the drip tray, with some evidence of repair and minor resulting chips
Minor nick to applied swirled handle towards base
Old shallow chip to underside of base
Fine crazing
Wax residue, dirt and dust in places
