Condition / Notes: This volume comprises five different sections, separately paginated, four of which have their own title pages.

This antique volume has been re-bound in half leather, with marbled paper-covered boards. The volume's original backtstrip, displaying loss at the head, has been attached to the re-binding. The exterior of the volume displays toning and rubbing. The hinges are cracked, and the text block is firm, with red stained edges. A bookplate and signature from the Bristol Education Society are present to the front paste-down. The interior of this volume displays scattered faint moisture markings and spots of soiling, but is generally clean and bright. The text is adorned with headpieces and illustrated initials.
