Description: ( Sir Marc Aurel) Innermost Asia: Detailed Report of Explorations in Central Asia, Kan-su and Eastern Iran , 4 vol. including box of maps , first edition , vol. 1 lacks illustration plates, vol. 2 complete with 217 photographic illustrations on 33 leaves, vol. 3 complete with 59 plans and 138 numbered plates (including XCIX.A), some double, some in colour, vol. 4 with 51 maps only (of 52), including numbered maps 1-47, occasional light finger-soiling and repairs to minor closed tears, later endpapers, original russet cloth, gilt, light rubbing and soiling, [Yakusi S720], 4to, Oxford, 1928.
