Description: Sterling Silver and Enamel Motor Car and Juggler Figurine, Gene Moore, Tiffany & Co.
The red enamel motor car with green enamel seat and yellow enamel lights, with mechanical wheels, the smiling juggler with applied red enamel spots and circus cape, juggling five red, yellow, green and metallic gold enamel balls joined by a hoop, both signed Tiffany & Co., with maker's mark for Gene Moore, circa 1960s, minor enamel loss, approximately 256.5 dwts. Motor car 2 3/4 x 5 x 1 7/8 inches. Juggler 4 3/8 x 2 1/8 inches.

Born in 1910 in Birmingham, Alabama, Gene Moore found his calling at the Fifth Avenue Tiffany & Co. store in 1955. Over the course of his 39-year tenure, Mr. Moore dressed over 5,000 windows in creative and innovative ways, often using stuffed humming birds, and modern art such as Andy Warhol creations to create a whimsical and eye-catching window.
