FINELY CARVED IVORY PANEL
QING DYNASTY, LATE 19TH CENTURY
of trapezoidal form with decorative lobed sides, delicately carved with a scene of figures enjoying the grounds of a sprawling palace pavilion, an elaborate dragon boat and rowing boats carrying passengers and supplies, the scene embellished by willow trees that gently rise from the background
- In good condition with the intricacies of the carving well preserved. There are minimal signs of age and some surface dirt.
