Book Details: This pamphlet was written by Thomas Dekker (c. 1572 - 1632) in the aftermath of the plague which struck London in 1603. Dekker's essay is about how the seven deadly sins were demonstrated in the behavior of Londoners during that crisis.
Condition / Notes: This is a limited edition of this work, one of 250 copies produced of a typeset reprint of the original 1606 edition. The antique volume is bound in plain paper covers with a leather backstrip bearing stamped gilt lettering. There is light external age/wear. The binding is sound. Many pages are still uncut.
