Description: Vie et Mort de Richard Winslow, one of 40 copies with a signed lithograph by Henri Matisse. Franz Villiers. Editions du Belier Paris, 1947. With an original Lithograph, in frontispiece, signed in pencil by Matisse, printed on China paper. Limited in 40 copies in Velin teinte Malacca paper. Very rare in very good condition.

Condition Report: Very good condition. Complete condition report on request as well extra pictures.

Notes: Franz Thomassin who writes under the pseudonym Franz Villiers, was the neighbor of Matisse in Vence. The painter realized in late October 1946, three charcoal portraits followed fourteen lithographic variations of the writer face.
