Description: Wassily Kandinsky (1866-1944) Kleine Welten'. Signed in pencil lower right. Signed with initials and dated '22 on the plate lower left. Printed on velin paper. Part of the portfolio 'Kleine Welten' published bythe Propyläen Verlag in Berlin and printed by the Bauhaus in 1923. This portfolio consists of twelve prints, namely four lithographs, four etchings and four woodcuts (of which 200 were printed on velin and 30 on Japanese paper), with the intention of illustrating their different effects.
