Description: 8vo (164 x 100mm.), hardback edition in publisher's original brown cloth lettered in gilt, mounted photographic plate, original yellow wrappers used as endpapers, thirty-fifth edition in the series, collector's brown cloth case and matching quarter brown morocco slipcase, pp.29-30 with marginal tear (not affecting text); [together with]: Wisden Cricketers' Almanack 1938. Edited by Wilfrid H. Brookes. London: J. Whitaker, 1938, original linen wrappers, original cricket bat bookmark, original red wrap-around band, some slight darkening to a few leaves, slight wear to covers, wrap-around band slightly torn (2)
