Reports from various Department Heads. Size: 6" x 10" # 3: Laws relating to the Direct and Excise Taxes passed during The First and Second Sessions of The Thirty-Seventh Congress. Condition: fragile, torn with section of front page; considerable foxing, 155 pages, appears to be complete.
