Description: Vito Loli is a Peruvian artist and the grandnephew of famous French painter, Paul Gauguin Vito is a self-made artist effective at combing various techniques and materials to passionately depict nature and the human figure. Most of his paintings merge these two passions, achieving images full of magic. Through his work Vito strives to share his introspective journey. He is a very humble man with a lot of charisma and each day he sleeps no more than three hours, painting from one to seven in the morning. Among his solo and group showsH his, has been included in several international auctions since 2005. In 2008 the Peruvian Congress named him one of the 20 most important painters in the country’s history. Vito was also invited in 2009 to show his paintings in Paris at the Grand Palais.
