For items of a value up to $1000 usd and no more then 7 ounces in weight and shipped to a U.S. address - your items will be shipped by USPS Certified or First Class with Tracking for $8 to $20 depending on size and value;

For items of a value over $1000 usd and shipped to a U.S. address - your items will be shipped by either USPS Certified, USPS Registered, USPS Express or FedEx with charges depending on value and weight beginning at $16. Please contact us for a quote for higher value and heavier items.

For items shipped to a foreign address including Canada, Mexico and overseas - USPS Registered Mail will be utilized with charges beginning at $18 depending on value and weight. FedEx shipment will require additional charges if this method is chosen; Delivery to Italy will be sent by FedEx only due to problems with theft. Charges to Italy by FedEx will begin at $52.

A full refund will be provided for lost items if the courier can confirm that they were not delivered

On behalf of the entire Archives International Auctions team, I would like to personally welcome you to our 36th auction we have held over the last nine years.  We are privileged be able to hold our first auction session in the historic and amazing venue of the main gallery of the Museum of American Finance in conjunction with the 6th Annual Wall Street Bourse on Saturday, October 22nd followed by the second session to be held at our offices in Fort Lee on Tuesday, October 25th.

We are excited to offer a large and varied group of Banknotes, Scripophily and Security Printing Ephemera from numerous estates and longtime collections with many items having never been offered privately or by auction in over 30 to 50 years. The sale begins on Saturday with an offering of over 370 lots of desirable banknotes, Liberty Loans, ephemera, autographs, historic object and artifacts, scripophily and security printing ephemera. The second session on Tuesday, October 25th begins with over 280 lots of worldwide banknotes. It is followed by almost 300 lots of U.S. Colonial, obsolete, fractional, large and small type and related notes. The Live Internet portion of the auction finishes with over 340 lots of desirable U.S. & Worldwide Scripophily.  We will be offering a third session in a Live and Absentee bidding sale of 182 lots of interesting banknotes, scripophily and ephemera, so please do not forget to view our website to see our offerings.

We are in the process of completing our December 2016 auction catalog of U.S. & Worldwide Banknotes, Scripophily, Coins, and Security Printing Ephemera. State Taxes : A 7% New Jersey state tax will be applied for all New Jersey buyers unless a resale certificate is supplied.

Payment Requirements: We appreciate your participation in our current auction. We have a strict policy of payment within 7 days of the auction date unless PREVIOUS arrangements have been made. We will be happy to accommodate you as far as payment is concerned, but you do need to contact us ahead of time, If we do not hear from you within 7 days of the sale, we will begin the process of voiding the transaction. If there is no response from you after 14 days, we reserve the right to void the sale and report you to Invaluable, eBayLive or Auction Zip as an unpaying bidder.

In no case, unless previous arrangements have been made, will we wait longer then 30 days after the auction date. At that time we will void the sale and suspend you from bidding in our future auctions.
